How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling the Clinic. (phone: 201 6655 or 201 6677).
Walk-ins are also welcome.
Currently we offer same day appointments for all our doctors. Dental & Orthodontic Department follow up appointments can be scheduled for a later date too.
How early should I arrive?
Be on time
Please try to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment time. This should give you enough time to register and complete any necessary formalities if needed.
It is important to be on time for your appointment. Staff will try to see you as close to your appointment time as possible.
Please understand that some patients being seen ahead of you may need more time than expected, and this can cause delay for others.
What happens if I could not reach on my appoint time?
Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as walk in patient.
If I need to cancel, how do I cancel an appointment?
Please try to make every attempt to keep your scheduled appointment. Your time and the Clinic’s Staff’s time is very precious.
If you cannot come to your appointment, it is important that you call the clinic as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule. This will allow the Clinic to schedule another patient’s appointment who needs to be seen.
How will I know if the clinic has to cancel my appointment?
If your clinic needs to cancel an appointment they will contact you via telephone on the number provided on your medical file.
Do you accept my insurance?
Abad Clinics welcome most insurance plans and accept all major companies’ Insurance carriers. Please contact us to know whether your Insurance is accepted with us or not.
What if my insurance is not accepted at Abad Clinics?If your insurance is not accepted, you may contact your organization’s concerned Department to send a written request to your Insurance company to include Abad Clinics.
Note: Some insurance companies reimburse cash bills issued from us. Please contact and verify from them.
What are Week Days opening Hours?
Abad Clinics is open Saturday through Thursday 9 am till 12 midnight. All doctors will be working according to their duty schedules.
The Laboratory is open Saturday through Thursday 7.30 am till 11.30 pm

Is Abad Clinics open weekends?On Fridays Abad Clinics is open in the Evening only (4.30 pm till 11.30 pm), although our laboratory will be open (9 am to 11 am), and (4.30 pm to 11.30 pm)
Only the General Medicine Dept. and Laboratory will be operational on Fridays.

New Cash Patients:(1) Patient’s ID (Iquama/Saudi ID card/passport if Iquama not yet issued) – Original. (2) You will be required to fill the Registration form provided to you at the Reception.
Follow up Cash Patient
(1) Patient’s ID (Iquama/Saudi ID card/passport if Iquama not yet issued) – Original. (2) File Number.
New Insurance Patients:
(1) Patient’s ID (Iquama/Saudi ID card/passport if Iquama not yet issued) - Original. (2) Insurance Card - Original. (3) You will be required to fill the Registration form provided to you at the Reception.
Follow up Insurance Patient
(1) Patient’s ID (Iquama/Saudi ID card/passport if Iquama not yet issued) – Original. (2) Insurance Card - Original. (3) File Number.
Smoking is prohibited inside the Abad Clinics premises and up to ten meters outside of the Clinics’ entrances.
Please keep your emergency contact details up to date on your medical file. All correspondence regarding your treatment or appointments, etc. will be done on the numbers provided by you.
Note: Abad clinics will not be held liable in case you do not answer the phone.
A very spacious private car parking facility is available to park your car.
Elderly patients are offered wheel chair service from the parking lot to the Doctor’s office and back.
It is important to contact your doctor's/dentist's office if you notice significant changes in how you feel and function. If you experience any of the symptoms below, call your doctor’s/dentist’s office.
MOST IMPORTANT, don't ignore unusual symptoms. If it is enough to cause you concern, it's worth a call to your doctor's/dentist's office.
